Those signs should make for a kewl pizza shop. Have that nostalgic feeling with that nice pizza smell. I made pizza at a little shop when I first got out of the Army. The waitress that I worked with was drunk by lunchtime, so it made for some interesting times.
I have been hoping to find some old Pontiac signs but those are very scarce. There is some new signs on ebay

I agree. I found no Pontiac or MOPAR items. I do have a few at home I can put there, but I think I’ll just order off the internet.
The ‘55 Chevy front end actually has a stainless steel counter and shelves on the backside. That going to be our cash register counter. It plugs in and lights up. Too bad it wasn’t a ‘55 Pontiac.

I worked at a good pizza place for a short while after high school.
Morning Shift.

We made the dough from scratch.
Sauce came in big cans but we mixed in herbs and spices.
Hand cut all the toppings.
Can't remember about the beef and sausage toppings.
It was a lot of prep work for 2 people full time.

Best wishes in your journey.
