I have no skin in the game, but maybe my observation is worth something;

At one time, you would be lucky to see a single tri power setup at a swap meet;
Last year at the PDx swap meet, I stopped counting vendors with them.

My hunch is that the market for these has flipped from a sellers market to a buyers market.

i would agree....theres a 65 set up complete on my marketplace thats only missing air cleaners. started at 1500, down to 1100 or 1000 now.

i think all the efi kits is whats brought them down. if a good single or dual carb set up was worth swapping out a tri power, i think the idea of mpfi is. ive always thought the tri powers were tbe coolest pontiac part out there, which is why my 66 set up will stay on the shelf or on one these motors i have.
