And mileage is 51 ?
I'm really not studied up on PoP's to much degree.

The 24-997 is the hook to me.

I think the A2 is a code that has some meaning too.
Others might can fill in the blanks

A2 probably means it was re-assigned ?

I have kept up with the older metal PoPs , but these plastic ones are usually boring.
No EUN or TUN etc ...

Resold company cars -normally- would go through a dealership and have a dealer number for the zone-dealer imprint.
24-997 is almost as cool as Royal or Knafel dealer numbers.
