67 Firebird 400 4-speed in Ohio at $48K BIN. Pretty car and loaded. Says they have the PHS but didn't post it? I can't see anything wrong with this car. Is the block just a weak stamp?

The surface looks pretty smooth?
I think the engine code stamps were gang stamped, so where did the 2nd letter go?  I checked the EUN, it is close for the VIN range. Not sure what's up with the engine code. I'd be checking the date code and other stuff carefully to see if good.
