I have a small cigar box with some Canadian coins that were in circulation in the mid-1960s. When I about 8 yrs old, a family with a kid my age relocated to NC from Canada. The kid's father was a mechanical engineer. His dad had a small machine shop in his garage and could make about anything. He was a big part of the reason I went on to be an engineer. We were hanging out one day and I saw my first Canadian coins. Every time his family would go back to Canada to visit family, he would bring me coins or other small trinkets.

Nice. I have the Minelab Equinox 600. It's been a great machine.

I had to go dig out my Canadian finds. I have actually found 3 large cents, two 1887 and one 1859.
