Oh, yeah. Must have been the blizzard of ‘77. Of course, they have had similar weather events in recent years, where they’ve gotten 6’ or more of snow. We always watch in disbelief at the weather that they get and that we don’t. I’ve heard that it’s because they are on top of the Niagara Escarpment.

Will post it when I can get good lighting scenario to grab a picture with my tablet. Very cool vintage Blk&Wht picture from 1965. |
