Master Parts Catalog shows the '60 Bonneville convertible, Body Style No. 2867, upholstery was leather and imitation leather.

Correct, no vinyl option available. You can see for yourself in the 1960 Master Parts Catalog, Trim Combinations Section at THIS LINK. Scroll to be bottom to see all trim options offered for 1960 Pontiacs and look for Model 2867 (Bonneville convertible).

I don't know which three would be for bucket seats or for bench seats. If it originally had bucket seats, there would likely be an ACC code for it stamped on the Fisher Body Data Plate. I don't have ACC codes for the "modern" (later than '57) Pontiacs, so don't know what that code might be. If you can, get a photo of the Fisher Body Data Plate on any car you are considering. It tells a lot about what was original in the body (only).
