I think this is the same car that I owned about 20 years ago. Bought it out of a tow yard in Antioch CA for $800 and drove it home. I cleaned it up and made it a decent driver. It was a good solid rust free car when I sold it on ebay. Too bad it fell into the wrong hands. The facebook price is about what I sold it for IIRC

It popped back up for sale here in CA about 10 years ago. The "before" pictures sure look like it. How often do you see a brown '71 Formula 350 with a 4 speed?

I'm not qualified to comment on colors since I have red/green color blindness. If I'm reading the trim tag correctly it looks like the original color was Shadow Gold. I have no idea what you color vision people would call the current color.

Edit: my wife says it looks like olive. And also says it looks like vomit. LOL.
