I’ve contacted the owners / admins through both PM and alerting them through the system (clicking on the red triangle and expressing concerns in an email). I haven’t received alert or PM notifications by email for quite some time so I’m assuming they’re not either.

Nothing, no response so far.

I guess we’ll see.

Meanwhile maybe a few of you should be doing the same, try contacting the admins (Ccass and eric_cspan) rather than posting threads they’re not likely to see.

Unfortunately ever since the sale of the Performance Years retail business to Ames Performance the owners of the forum realize zero financial / advertising benefit from keeping the forums running.

Between maintaining Pypes Exhaust (which had far surpassed the PY parts business) and Cold Case Radiators I’m sure they’re quite busy and their interest in visiting here has waned.

Well, clearly, there's still traffic. Doesn't Ames benefit? Should/would they be interested in taking ownership?

That's great for them but a bit disappointing. Seems the new ventures may have never happened unless PY had been successful

Thanks for your efforts on reaching out to them, Bart, and updating the rest of us.

About Us

The PY Online Forums is the largest online gathering of Pontiac enthusiasts anywhere in the world. Founded in 1991, it was also the first online forum for people to gather and talk about their Pontiacs. Since then, it has become the mecca of Pontiac technical data and knowledge that no other place can surpass.
