If you want to know anything about that 1959 Catalina, just ask me. I built that car. Pontiac called that thing on the dash an Autronic-Eye. It was to dim your high beams when it sensed an oncoming car. The knob adjusted the sensitivity. I built the car with every option and accessory that Pontiac offered in 1959 except air conditioning......John

If ifs and buts were chips and nuts, oh what a merry Christmas we would have. What kills me is the air conditioning option. What you could have got instead is substantial.
