That's awesome. It's a beautiful machine. Did the Autronic-Eye sell well? I remember having a set of dash gauges for a 69 Firebird with the speedometer buzzer. It was rare, like one of less than 250 total, but was rare for a reason. It just seems to me the Autronic-Eye wouldn't come in handy that often.

Also, is the compass a factory option?

During that time the majority of roads were two lane and street lighting was non-existent. (except in cities of course).
I can see where an automatic dimmer would come in handy
