Call your closest/local O’Reilly’s and
ask to speak with the store manager
or commercial parts manager and
discuss your issues with them.

Please don’t call the store manager, those guys are overworked and underpaid plus they have zero control over the website. You can call corporate if you feel the need since they can work with their web provider if the issue is on their end.
