Test drove the '26 today- the clutch is surviving okay and the chatter is gone. But the drivetrain is just as noisy as before.
I guess the differential needs to come out- anybody versed in spiral bevel gears?

My father and I installed the folding top almost 30 years ago - other than being a bit faded it has held up well. I picked up this plastic cleaner/treatment after noting it does not contain silicone for the princely sum of 8€.
It worked quite well, but will require another application I think. It does not leave a greasy film like Armor-All and a few others I could name. I ran across this on a drive to town. No, it is not a giant swimming pool but a portable bullring. Not something you run across everyday in the USA. |
