Funny You Ask,

No it does not, I actually Hate AC, so all the pieces are there but I will probably never charge it. I really wish it came without it, but being from California originally, no chance of that. I am fine with the "2 60 Air"...Put down two windows & do 60 or more! LOL

I keep forgetting to turn on the AC in my transport trucks once in a while just to circulate the freon & then when I actually wanted to use it (like when I was stuck between two tractor trailers in an hour long traffic stop in Southern Texas two weeks ago), it doesn't blow cold
