If you're buying Purolator the top model is the Boss as far as filtration specs.

I use their filter ( Purolator Boss) in all my fleet, along with a by pass filter if you're serious about exceptionally clean oil that can run much longer between service intervals.

Is the XP Wix filters still good to use? I have one on the bottom of my Clearview which filters to 115 Micron itself. Wix 51060XP i believe. It was wire backed media which I like with my Titan oil Pump.

Ok, I thought the WIX issues were limited and have been corrected? Is the issue that it's just smaller now or what specifically is the issue(s)?
