Just posting the incremental progress as I go.

Feel free to point out any MAJOR issues, since I know there are a ton of smaller ones. For sanity sake I leave out minor casting details, casting seams, some bolt holes etc.

I'm probably going to go nuts when it's time to line up all the pulleys, hopefully I did a decent job of building adjustable components so I can adjust size and placement.

I'm trying desperately to confine my efforts to things that will actually 3d print and show up on a 1/10 scale model. It's hard when it's all blown up on the screen not to add those little realism details that would be way too small to print

This is the current state of the test prints. The pics don't really do it justice. The larger engine is 1/10 scale, the smaller is 1/24.

Still lots of tweaks to the printing process to get it right. But, you can almost read the intake part number with a magnifying glass

Excellent!

Design detail is impressive and the printing looks way better than I expected.

The intake manifold and timing cover must have been bears but they turned out great.

That must be rewarding to see it printed after all you've invested!
