Hi All, Over winter project started. Pulling the 403 out at 120k and freshing up. Have a 3711 performer, cam and hooker headers. Have a shot at some olds 350 heads, 3A type 75cc. Would these be worth putting on over the 83 cc stock heads. The 3A's have less then a years use on them? Thanks. PS...who's going to the TA nationals in Dayton 2005? I booked a room already...

3A heads suck. You want #4's, #5's, #6, or #7. There is a set of #4 on ROP right now. If I were you I would buy those. Very hard to find heads. Drill them to 17/32 and stick your 403 valves in them. Get springs to match your cam. Get an adjustable valvetrain. The guys on ROP www.realoldspower.com can get you set up. I am olds403 on ROP....Olds
