Default backspacing on rims - repo rally 1's

i'm looking at the repo rally 1's in 15" to replace my 14" ers

has anyone tried them?
i see 7", 8" and 10"

i'm thinking the 10" might be overkill, but both the 8" and the 10" have a 5" backspacing

will they bolt on?

I have a 67 GTO HO I put 15" Ralley 1s on and it is 7" wide. I put 275 on the rear and 235 in front. I use red air bags inside the rear coil springs to give the car a little rake and it helps with the clearence. I'm not sure if 8' wheels will fit your car? What are you driving? Also not sure about back spacing. I don't know if this will help or not.

I'm not sure if the brand of rim has much to do with it. I cant comment on the Rallys but I'd guess 5" backspace is 5" backspace. That being said, I put a new set of Cragars on my 66. Back is 15x8 with 5" backspace running 255x60x15's. You could run 275's. Front is 15x7 with 4.5" backspace running 235x60x15's. No clearance problems. Hope this helps.

I have a 66 GTO with 255/70/15 on a 15 X 8 Rally 1 on the rear and 225/70/15 on a 15 X 7 Rally 1 on the front. I have the Lemans wagon springs in the rear with a 1" spacer for extra lift. The car sits nice. The only clearance problem is with the rear tailpipes. I ended up using a 5/16" wheel spacer between the rim and drum to get enough clearance.
