As many of you know Im restoring a 68 gto ram air 1 and I am needing a picture of the underside of the hood with the ram air pan. I have a new repro hood and it doesnt appear to be drilled for the pan.

Hope this helps - you can see the ghost outline of the pan on the underside. The 5 sheet metal phillips head screws are what hold it in - those are correct. Notice how the bracing has been cut - it looks smooth in the picture but don't run your fingers along it, because I think they cut it with tin snips.

FYI
'68 Firebirds w/factory Ram Air also had a similar crude modification made to the Hood Inner for proper fit of the Hood Baffle & Seal. Since these were installed at the Dealership, the cut varies.
