Larry responded to my request for a piddly little heater core retaining clip - one of those parts that is very hard to find as a standalone, but just a small little part. Larry goes and digs it out, goes to the trouble of making a pic to confirm it's the right one, takes it to the post office and I have in hand coast-to-coast in like 2 days.
