dumb ass that did this car i feel sure painted them with same paint car was shot with.any way to get vinal dye to work on these?not even close to int color.

What color interior and what year?

The seat backs and kick panels should be the same paint code.

Paint for vinyl is better for the plastic kick panels than a dye would be. Try a local body shop supply store for SEM brand aerosol cans.

66,red.car is non orig bright red,am sure he painted them with same paint as body.now that i think about it,ought to be able to paint darker red over them.if it does not work,will have to buy some more panels

Paint thinner should take the paint off the kickpanels and seatbacks. Use the thinner that goes with the type of paint he used.. laquer, enamel... whatever.
