Lately one side has not been ratcheting as it should.
Ive greased it and it seemed better but still wont click every time. The manufacturer has a toll free # but now its answered by a recorder and has a different name. The lift is sold by Team Lift in Texas. Any tips on how to service it? |

Are the sides in sync? I've had to adjust mine a couple of times. As the lift is going up the "clicks" should be in unison.
