How many 69 Lemans/Tempests came with the 350HO?

Less than 57,000? Yes. Close? Only with a hand grenade.

Code WV, synchromesh trans - 1,455
Code XU, automatic trans - 2,800

These figures are for coded engine assemblies. The number of cars with these engines installed was slightly fewer, usually within a dozen units.

Here are the numbers for the Firebird series in '69
Code WN, SM - 2,455
Code XC, AT - 2,670
Code YR, AT - 2
