Was 69 the year the day/night mirror that had the rubber around the mirror color coordinated to the interior?

I think 68 had that also ... at least my ivy gold interior has a matching mirror ... and has the day/night switch on the bottom.

69 for sure was color coded to dashpad and 70+ was not (all grey), I'm drawing a blank on 68.

ive had them NOS in red...and the part numbers came back as 69..thats all i know

Wasn't 67 like the last year they had the all chrome/Stainless, no-day/night mirror?
I know for sure both my 68 mirrors have matching rubber/vinyl surround and the day night switch. |

they where stainless til 70...71 they are black
