Is there any reason 68 quarter panels would not work on a 69 GTO other than difference in side marker cutout? I'm looking for a nice rust free or NOS set.

The area where the quarter meets the tail panel is different because of the tail light location being different but depending where you are going to cut this may not be an issue.
