Been waiting 2 weeks for a fuel inlet nut that I ordered from Quadrajet Power in Texas. Personally I doubt it should take that long for a USPS delivery to North Carolina. Anyone have any experience with this company? The aggravation is that this was THE LAST part needed to complete my cam, lifters, and cylinder head overhaul so that I can start the engine and break in the new valvetrain.

I've had good luck with them. Did you receive notice that it had shipped?

Have never had any issues with them delivering. I have ordered a few things from them in the past and it has always arrived in a few days. They might have taken time off around Christmas. I would give them a call and just ask them.

I would love to call them but stupid me can’t find a phone number listed. Any ideas? Should have, could have, wished I’d ordered from Cliffs High Performance. He’s a Ponyack guy anyway…..

Yes. It went from Texas to Raleigh NC (my closest town), to Sacramento California, to Atlanta, and now the tracking number shows it’s back in Sacramento.

It must have fallen in a crack in the vehicle making these runs and the warehouse folks don’t see it.

I really don’t know what to do now but to buy another one off EBay etc….

If its in the postal service network, I'd call the post office and have them find it.

I had a similar problem when the delivery bar code was unreadable. My package kept going back to the original distribution center. Since sorting is all automated the package was in a scanner loop.
I finally contacted someone who found the package, read the address, and stuck a new bar code on it.

Or so how it was explained it to me....

I wouldn't expect any timely deliveries around
Christmas. In the before times, people tended
to anticipate a backlog. Maybe the postal guys
are trying to keep the tradition alive?

Sounds like a postal shipping issue, not anything quadrajet power did or can do about it since they shipped it in a timely manner. As mentioned, contact the post office to start a lost package or tracking claim.

That is their number but it’s a recorded message saying they only communicate through email.

I’m glad you’ve had success.
Here’s my tracking progress for a laugh. For clarity, I’m in North Carolina.
It actually made it to Raleigh NC on the 20th. I’m 19 miles from Raleigh.

My daughter's Christmas gift came all the way from Connecticut to SoCal in 1 1/2 days then stalled for 9 days a hundred miles from San Diego. Two days after Christmas it was in Illinois. I got an Email from UPS apologizing for the delay and it finally arrived the 29th. It was supposed to have been "3 day delivery"

Hopefully for your parts will arrive Friday.

Cliff would likely have some, he ships out carb parts and kits pretty regularly.

Not if it experienced the USPS issues shown above... this wasnt the shippers fault, no shipper can control what happens after it leaves their hands.
