Manifold Casting Numbers 79 TA

I found a set of manifolds that are in really good shape for a 75-79 TA. I looked at mine and they have casting numbers 496002 and 10002754. The ones I found are 496002 and 499624.

From what I have seen the 10002754 is for the 78/79 Y72 cars which makes me wonder if someone at one point swapped out the other side with the 496002 one. Would the ones I found work or do I need to try to find the 10002754? What’s the differences?
