Hi. Can someone post the dimensions of their Firebird trunk lid? Any and all years are appreciated. Will be altering it to fit a shortened A body trunk opening. Need approximately a 30" length lid. If I can locate a suitable Firebird lid, it will be used for the inside frame section then reskinned with a customized outer skin. The tapered trunk opening width will be approximately 51 1/2" at the rear( where it latches) with a 58 3/4" opening at the front hinge side (where it meets the filler panel). Does that make sense? Measurements need not be exact, just a ball park figure. Thank you!
