How are people using the Pontiac Logo for shirts?
A quick google search shows the logo is still being maintained for Intellectual Property. |

I listened to Steve Ames when inquiring about that, He told me don't put your shirts on internet sites, he told me that how the corporate attorneys find people violating copyright infringement. I followed his advice and never received a cease and desist letter.
From what I heard the Indianhead is no longer copyrighted, but the Arrowhead is. I tend to believe that is correct as I believe that 1970 high beam indicator was the last time Pontiac used the Indianhead. They have to periodically renew the copyright, or it expires.
