I'm replacing the front fender and door skins on my 77 TA and have a few questions, since I'm very new to this..

1. Do I really need one of those 'fender pullers' to remove the fender and is there anything to look out for when doing this?

2. Are there any special tools required to remove the door skins (are they welded to the door?)

3. How long would it take a professional to install a door skin, and are they welded normally? I realize most of this time would be prep .. ie door install, trim etc.

It's a SE W72 W/Hurst TTs by the way.

Nothing special to taking off a fender.just the the hood and the bolt's holding the fender in place.The door skins have spot welds.which you will need a spot weld cutter.Eastwood company will have all the tools you need,if you can do the job.
