Has anyone out there ever installed a LeCarra wheel on a 64 Tempest / Lemans / GTO? I am having problems getting the correct diameter adaptor from them. So far, they are in the dark as to which one I need. I've measured the column jacket with calipers, transferred it to a ruler and got 3 9/16. LeCarra doesn't have one like that. What?!?
Anybody know or remember a part number? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Welcome to the Forums.

Grant has an adapter for mounting their steering wheels on your car. You may have to "fab" an adapter out of the Grant/LeCarra pieces or by comparing the two and going from there.

I found a different listing in Grant's equipment that includes 64-66 GTO only. I heard back from LeCarra today, and they are going to make a custom adaptor using me as the guineapig. After this, they will have the right listing for our cars.
