I have a 10 bolt posi rear end coming for my 69 bird. Looks pretty weathered, what is the best way to clean it short of totally disasembling it and sand blasting? Thanks!

How about an air grinder or cut off tool with a wire brush attachment? It'll whip that rust off like nobody's biznezz! Then hit it with Rustoleum Satin or Rust Encapsulator!
