My '78 TA came with a new Edelbrock 750 carb. it raised the air cleaner up enough the hood will not close, it hits the shaker. Is there a thinner air cleaner that can be used with this carb?

I see your a fairly new member, Welcome!
Check my "webshots" link below as I have designed and produced an air cleaner system that resolves high-rise intake/carb problems and allows full use of the t/a shaker without hood interference. WFO Hyperforce air intake system.
