[email protected] 2000....think six couldn't make the call 9.626 to 9.99? 2001....can't find it quick 2002....my notes are wore out here too Ray's 9.631? 2003....again not sure Zeek 8.938? 2004....Jim Zeek 8.882? so there's some rough history... I think we're actually gonna stay right at the 8.90 range, lot of people down right now. -Rob |

Rob,
I think in 2001 the bump was in the low 9.40's I had a 462" engine with a small B & M Street Charger (174 c.i.)and ran 9.48 and didn't make the cut.  This year the bump could be at a all time low.................it all depends on WHO'S Broke!  Of course there's a lot of BS flying around!

Im in the aint finished, out of money group. By the time I get this thing running it'll need more motor just to make the bump.

Any guesses on the open top/wheel bump??-Putting a [email protected]"x.640"lift solid flat cam in my 406"D-port altered to try to make it.-Bob.

Last year I think they changed it to just the 16 quickest, not 8 open and 8 door cars.
So, we could have 16 open wheel vehicles this year.
