I have a 67, with a 400. I Have 2 1/4 inch exhaust all the way back. It is dual exhaust, but the mufflers are old glasspacks. They sound mean and nasty. Although they drone like a bitch and are obnoxiously loud. Is there anything that I could swap in there cheap?? Anybody have any suggestions?

If it's any help, I have a set of Raptor 2 1/4" turbo mufflers on my mild 455 75 bird without any crossover. They are reasonably quiet and were pretty cheap. Durable too, I've had them for about 7 years.

Hi,
I had one of my mufflers rot out and I had it replaced with a Walker 2.25" inlet and outlet.
Sounds like stock.
