Does anybody know if a manual steering gear box in a '66 A-body can be converted to a quick ratio box? (manual)

do a search in this forum. this was discussed awhile back and a company was mentioned that changes the ratios.

be aware that the quicker the ratio the more effort will be required to turn the steeering wheel.

Thanks Mike, I think I found what I was looking for. Unless I missed something, it look's like the best improvement is to a 20:1 box that was a dealer option. My box need's to be rebuilt anyway, so I'll take what I can get.
