1979 TA 400 with 4 speed. Cameo White with optional/deluxe "Doeskin? Vinyl Interior. (Looks tannish brown to me) Has only 21,800 miles on it. Is all original. Only items replaced are filters, waterpump, power brake booster, oil presure sending unit, plugs, cap and rotor, plugwires and tires. (I have all the original parts except for the waterpump and brake booster) This car's only option that Im aware of is A/C. No power locks, windows, cb, nothing. I like it that way. Less things to go wrong.

I have a white '75 T/A 400 that is mostly stock right now but I'm a few weeks away from really fixing up the engine. Haven't had it on the track yet so no times.

Just got my "chicken car" as the wife calls it...79 400 4 speed WS 6 in Heratige brown ("This one is even the color of sh_t" Boss stated..)

Going to change color quickly to 73 Brewster green with 73 style graphics, probably not going to put the big decal on it....YET. Got it in pretty decent shape except paint is bad. Only had to do a few small things to get it on the road, and I'm using it as daily car...At least until I get the 69 GP rolling. Only other TA is a 30th anniv convert, built 9 days before my second son was born. Got too many GPs....if that's possible.

My 1973 TA is Buccaneer red with white standard interior. Original hood bird car with very few options. The numbers matching 455 and M21 four speed are currently apart for rebuilds.

78 Gold edition SE TA, originally was the 6.6 T/A 220HP w/ 4 speed & Hi-po suspension & T-tops.
Ran mildly built 400 @ 360HP & G&G specialties super T-10 4 speed for 8 years until recent on-going frame off redo.
Currently building a 69 428 4 bolt roller engine assembly. Eagle rods, Ross pistons, ported/polished/portmatched 6X D-ports W/ss valves, etc... Will have @ 500 Ft. lbs. torque & comparable HP. Same trans., Hays billet flywheel & S/S clutch, Projection 4 induction, and the usual go-fast compliments.
Sub-frames tied & cross-linked. Undecided on rear end? Factory unit I have w/ Auburn third member wont hold up to this much torque? Complete urethane mounts and suspension w/ Herb Adams rear bar.

I have a 1977 Y82 T-Top Trans Am.It was originally a 4 sp. I am thinking of parting it out due to excessive floor rust and one rear frame rail is soft. Numbers match and it is a running, driving car.

I have a 1981 NASCAR pacecar T/A. I bought it three years ago. It has about 64K miles on it. I recently put a 268-6/268-6 custon grind Comp cam in it. I'm still "monkeying" with the timing and carb settings, the computer's (ESC) probably real confused by now. The inerior is in great shape. I'm constantly improving it with new trim pieces. When I replaced the cam, I completely detailed the engine compartment so it looks real clean. I hope it stays that way after a few hundres miles. The front end is completely new with all poly bushings. I have the rear in stuff and will be rebuilding it soon. I'm trying to make the car "new" again. Check it out at http://www.execpc.com/~steveb/transa...ng/page1.html. Sorry my link doesn't work.

79 TA, black with t.roofs. Original Pontiac 400 4 speed car now with Borg Warner T56 6 speed. Holley 750 Double Pumper on Edelbrock Performer intake. RAIII type exhaust manifolds with full length 3" Torque Tech exhaust system, Flowmaster mufflers. Vintage Air HVAC. Car ran best 1/4 mile of 14.13 @ 101mph and cruises 70mph @ 1800 rpm. Will pull from 35mph in sixth gear due to engines excellent torque.

I have a black TA, WS6, but without the hipo 400. It has a Turbo 350 tranny. The car is in great shape, and I am looking to put headers, true dual exhaust, cam, intake, rebuild the carb, and invest in some higher compression heads. Also looking to possibly install a stron 200r-4 tranny, along with some deeper gears, hopefully a set of 3.23, or a little lower.
