on '67 LeMans I have the PONTIAC lettering below my trunk lock across the back.... in the Performance Years catolog it says for 66GTO only .... did someone replace the trunk and I have the wrong one.......or do they just have the letters for the 66 GTO in stock....confused Ken<-----in the hunt for tranny and inside firewall wiper assembly.. wish me luck... will post pic of baby in 6 months when done... God willing..lol

The PONTIAC lettering (with individual letters) was only used on the 66 GTO, while Tempests used a single emblem plate on the rear panel and Le Mans models used a big diecast panel. In 67, Tempest & Le Mans models used the same one-piece tail panel emblem that year. GTOs for 67 did not have lettering on the tail panel that year.

(If you need a tail panel for your 67 Le Mans, I have one - It's not perfect, but it's good for a driver until a NOS part is found.)
