Anybody have experience with the best way to sanitize a fresh air system(supply lines,mask etc)? Concerned about possibility of mildew while stored.

Couldn't tell you about the lines . The mask , good ol soap and water. I use scba's on hot gas lines.
It's not good to use alcohol wipes it can make the rubber brittle
