Sorry man, couldn't resist. Look, Ken and Ray have been doing this dance since Paul Rash left the board 3 years ago. It's all in good fun, they really don't despise each other. Lil' Jack has been getting in on it too over the last two years, just the same, all in good fun. "Thank God I am not Luke Skywalker" You kind of look like Mark Hamill in a backwoods, rednecky, blacktoothed grin kind of way.

I think by the end of the year we will be calling him Melten as in " Melting Pistons" now that our Power adder specialist has given up on his charger thing and switched power adders again he better buy stock in a piston company

Ray.......... first off.
#1: Ran 8's. It's posted on the net Just search Orlando Streetcar shootout 2003. #2: Bring your money to Norwalk. Then we'll see. #4: Like I have been saying. I have done more with less I'm allowed to work with in the class I chose to run. Drag radial. made more power with less, Do the math. #5: Ok, Now down to the nitty gritty. 2002: I showed at Norwalk to race Paul Rash on a re-match after N.c. in April that same year. Actually it was because he couldn't make the 2nd re-match at Maple Grove. This was his 3rd shot. It was supposed to be a Re-match. He couldn't make the call. He had spent well over $6,000 with upgrades after our race in N.c. So I decided to just go race and see if I could make the show in the Q-16 on D.O.T. radials and full exhaust. You show up in 2002 at Norwalk and turn a 9.40 something. 10.5 W's chassis car. Don't remember, but never made the field for the Q-16. Another Broke something gimic. Lil' Jack talked about us racing, but he broke a rocker and had to sit too. I qualified last day (Sunday) on D.O.T. tires and Full exhaust with 3" tailpipes. Tagged at the time too. #6: You talked in the Spring of 2003 about how bad you were gonna be in 2003 and we made A deal to race each other at Norwalk. I showed up ready to race. Check the archives. You couldn't make the show. Not my fault. You had months to get ready. I was there. You were there. ANo Show at the starting line. So I raced Lil' Jack. Got beat with a .501 light and he ran less then a .10 difference. But did out mph him. He won. I admitted it. Check the archives. No excuses. I waited for him at staging and called him out. You never made the call after talking trash for months. Then after Norwalk you went on to race. Yada, yada, yada. So you see I was there ready to go in 2003 to race ya dude. #7: Goal #1: People started wanting to force induct their Pontiacs so I got calls to do the self contained ProCharger unit. Decided for 2004 that Business first. Play second. Plus My wifes turn to race. LoL. Karen raced in January at Jax. We installed the P1SC ATI Procharger on her 8.5-1 455 daily driver and tested in the spring and made the VMP Pontiacs in the Park Pontiac show in may of 2004. After a few 1/8th mile-on issues, got her car to run "3" 12.30 passes in a row. On 89 octane and only 6/7 lbs of boost. Same as when we had a 175 Nitrous shot on her car. #8: Goal #2 for 2004. With Bob & frank taking over the development of the IA block. The availability of the IA 2 block and Pontiacs finally have bigger street engine choices I was working on the 500 cu.in. plus crate motor. I designed & installed a hyd roller in my big motor. Basic out of the box E-heads flowing max of 310 cfm. Ran 4 10.52 passes @ 130 mph. 3550 lbs. Went to the dyno and made 501 rwhp at 6000 rpm on 93 octane gas. Works out to over 625hp at the flywheel!!!! David Holmberg was there for the full day of track & dyno testing. Went back to Bradenton & Ran that a few times to make sure all worked and held up. With Norwalk coming up, Then pulled that combo and installed my 428 with 7.6-1 compression and #197 factory H.O. heads. Installed a D1SC ATI charger and showed at Norwalk to R & D. Plus to show the capability of a Blow thru carb Street blower. Had a few issues as I only had 2 weekends before trying to work the bugs out. Ran 9.90's on pump gas. Then did more testing & trying different things (to see what did what) at Bradenton after Norwalk and ran into the 9.80's. David Holmberg was there for that too. Sooooooo, as far as not racing and only racing once at Norwalk all year. Your, once again, turning it around. But hey, I understand. When your under pressure. Take what shots ya can. ![]() Like I said...........That was then this is now. Times ticking & less then 7 months away. ![]() BTW; Just cause I'm not at a Sactioned organization event gettin press doesn't mean I'm not at the track Racin Hard & Havin Fun. |

Had a chance to get a piece of me in 2003 and coudn't make the call. Then claims to be soooooooo much faster under different circumstances and when I'm into another deal. Has a chance to get a piece of me and now wants to change the rules again and make it in April at Bradenton. Sorry. Have other plans. Here's a tidbit. He has run 8.60's I have run 8.90's. So why would I want to throw away $1,000 you ask? I can..... Change my street low compression basically stock heads to wide port race type heads plus pick up compression. Make tons more N/A power. he's already done that. I can ......... now get a tire that will take the hook for my class that everyone else is using and they have picked up 1/2 second minumum. He's already maxed with slicks. I can .......... change over to a vacuum pump system worth at least 15/25 hp depending on diferent factors. He's already done that. I can now be able to leave on Nitrous where before with the BFG it was not possible. He already can. Maybe he shoulda........ Loaded Brain before shooting off mouth. Now it's gonna cost him a Grand. ![]() August will put it to rest. Once & For all. |

If you were to hide the screen names, I'd swear all this was a Verdi vs. Ulrich post
! Only exception would be after 9 pages of smack, I would bet the farm that wifes, mothers, daughters and everything else would have been brought into the equation by now ![]() Who cares "Who's your Daddy", 99% of inner city youths don't know that answer and their all doing just fine killing each other!!

Ray would have that one down pat... He's the only one that could pedal that thing down the Quarter Mile!!!!!!!! Dude would just sit and spin, because he wanted the BFG's! And Lil Jack would just flip over and land on his back because he forgot to adjust his wheelie bars!!!! This is Great it gets better every year! Rodney |

Hey Rodney, we can tape some baseball cards to the front forks so it would sound cool provided they could actual make it out past the 60 ft mark before keeling over from a heart attack first
...cards against the spokes kind of have that off key "flapper" sound of a pontiac engine!

Sleep. When you in business for yourself. That word isn't in the dictonary.
Ray's sweatin. Didn't you notice. the temps went up in Valparaiso,In last night and today. He knows the score, Just won't admit it. He follows the racing scene. Knows the Radial tire boys with stock suspension & M/T's are quicker. Just embarrased that he spent all that money on rack & pinion, control arms, ladderbars, coilovers, crank triggers, belt drives, carbon fiber this and that just to get hammered by your basic run of the mill, nothin special, stock suspension, with working cig ligter, console, factory steering wheel, factory steering, factory core support, real inner fenderwells, Power windows And a 100 lbs heavier. As Sylvester's son said to His Daddy. Oh Faher, the shame of it all. Bwhahahahahahaha. |
