You may be pooched. I bought some Centerline's in 15 x 8; they rubbed fiercely- had to go to 15 x 7 and they run flawlessly,

check this out (once get past the miata thing its still cool) runs in java.
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html I think I am running 235/60r15's on rallyII's on mine. So your 254/60r15 are not much wider (I assume they are on the frount) and the 275' are on the rear. (they maybe to big) the question is where do they rub? what back spacing did you order? I saw somewhere a guy just running 16x10 rims on the rear I can no longer find it but I have it saved at home, body all stock no rubbing. You may be able to get longer wheel studs and a spacer plate but its hard to say with out the backspacing or knowing where they rub at. |

I tried on a set of 2756015 on the back with 25560 on the front. The 275 would rub on a hard curve so I went to 25560 and 24560 and all is well. This is on rally wheels

Some friends and I have run 10" rims with 295 50/15s on the backwith no problem. The fronts may be too wide. What kind of offset do they have?

I have run 275 50 r15 on the back with torq thrust d's with air shocks on a 69 had to go with 15x7 with 235 60 r15's on the front and they worked fine. I don't remember the ofset, but they are close but dont rub with freash springs. I would check for you but I am in Iraq and doubt they will let me go home to check them.

I had 15x8 cragers on the back with 275/60/15 without a problem. Now I just put on 17x8 all around with 255/45 out back and 235/45 in front and both work fine. Your problem may be the offset. I have mine at 4.5".
