About 3,000 CFM sounds about right. The Rodney Red setup I have uses two Permacool fans that suck 1,620 CFM each for a total of 3,340 CFM.

wow..that sounds like those pair of fans will get the job done Kerry...would i be able to purchase a dual setup from perma-cool direct or is there another company such as jegs summit.etc that also sells them ?.. if i may ask how much does teh fan set up run?..i know they can be pretty pricey for dual elec.

You'd probably be able to get the two fans no problem but the shroud is a custom unit Rodney Red makes for their rads. You could contact Rodney Red and see if they'd do a custom shroud only.
Something you may want to be aware of as well is the fact that electric fans draw a lot from your electrical system. After installing the new rad & fans, I'm now installing an electrical relay kit from MAD Electrical. It'll ensure the fans get all the juice they need and, therefore, really draw the 1620 CFM they're supposed to.

Sorry I didn't answer right away. I don't visit this part of the forum too frequently.
It cost me around $1,000 CAD. The rad is a 2 row with tranny cooler, shroud, & fans. It comes with enough wire to reach just about anywhere; however, I'd recommend running a relay close to the fan to ensure you're giving the fans enough juice.

68 LeMans, do you have a part number for that? And do you know if your's will fit a 67?
Fit looks good, and if it keeps her cool, thats all that matters...

I have a Rodney Red, and used a fan/shroud assy from a 97 TA. Not sure of tyhe CFM, but it keeps her cool nicely in 30+C temps.
