All in all I thought I would be more depressed about letting go of the orange 72 and the parts . BUT after finding this Blue 72 I dont think I will miss the orange 72 one bit.....
Heres some info on the blue 72 - The car was partially restored in 94 and has had 5000mi put on it since. The seats have been recovered, new headliner, carpet. Its supposed to run high 12's. I should be picking it up next weekend.........wish me luck 1972 Firebird w/ 160,000 mi. Rebuilt 70’ Pontiac 455 w/ 5000 mi. Bored .030" over, full TRW master kit incl. forged pistons, #62 1969 Ram Air "D" port heads with bronze guides, hard seats and 3 angle grind. Harland Sharp roller rockers, Jackson gear drive, Edelbrock Performer PLus intake, 750 CFM Holley w/mech secondaries. TH 350 w/ 2800 stall, Hedman ceramic-coated headers, 3” Torque Tech exhaust w/ x pipe & Flowmasters, 12 Bolt rearend 3:73 MSD Ignition CE Machine Frame conn. & traction bars Energy Suspension Poly front end rebuild Herb adams rear Sway bar New rear leaf springs, new front coils Sumped Tank w/ High Flow pump

Why does the interior picture clearly show a cowl induction hood but the exterior shots show none?

Nice car Beebe,
Now you got me looking at my stack of receipts for replacement chrome trim and thinking the blacked out trim doesn't look bad at all. Oh well, we can't have two blue birds cruising around out here anyway.
