Hey i just had my car painted black, and black shows EVERYTHING

so i was wondering what i should use to wash and dry my car so i dont leave any rub marks or scratches. I have some armour all car wash that i plan on using, and one of those wool wash mits. What should i dry with. Is a 100% cotton towel good?
