Locktite or epoxy.
The main caps typically are removed with the engine out and the cap is positively located so using an epoxy or locktite to lock the studs in the block should not be an issue. As long as the proper thread depth is achieved, go for it. Another deal is to check for the stud (OR BOLT) bottoming in the hole which WILL break stuff when torqued down if not enough clearance. JMO! I've bought and install Main Studs. Perhaps the Middle Cap Bolts would benefit, but the 4-bolt Outers, and the Rear Mains seems moot to change.
