Hi I have a 66 LeMans and I recently took off the smog (air pump) and noticed that the alt and power strearing brackets are some kind of exaust port ? Can I block the holes ? It used to conect into the intake. Can I get ride of all its componits and plug it all up ?

If it is the holes on the heads, they can be plugged.

If you plan to leave the smog stuff off, you might consider offering it for sale. Would guess there are a few restoring "California" GTO's that would love to have it.
