having just removed all of the material from the 69 we are working on, it appears to be about 1/4 of an inch
|

thanks, I will shoot for 1/4 inch, what a nightmare getting the old stuff off.

how did you go about getting it out? screwdriver?

I used a screw driver to get most of it out then sand blasted the rest, not a fun job
