Question: What is the purpose of the four small holes in the trunk of the 1967 GTO ? They are in the back wall and are in a rectangular pattern. Thanks for any information.

Well i`ll look today at mine. But sounds like the drain holes from when body is made. They are there for drainage when body went through a cleaning process prior to prime and paint.

Thank You for your reply. The holes I asked about are in the vertical back part of the trunk.
