Maybe I was just lucky but yesterday I faxed off an application to PHS for confirmation that the car I was looking at was a GTO. I had heard that confirmation was supposed to come back to you within 24 hours. Mine came back in a little less than 12 minutes with The Mattisons having to call me back for the correct credit card#. I was extremely impressed with his service and highly recommend it to all who need it.

I had my fax within minutes and about 2 weeks later had the rest in the mail. I'd recommend them also. Is your factory invoice hard to read though?? I can read the options and can't read what the boxes say the dates and stuff are for. Cool stuff to have though. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I also got my documentation yesterday. They must have been backed up by the time they got to me. I took almost an hour LOL. The service they provide is invaluable.

Jim is the best!I faxed him a the day I was going to tenn. from N.Y. to pic up a 71 gto convertible
gave him the fax number to send it to as well as my cell number I work in construction (crane op) and the first 3 fax numbers on the job site I gave him were down he called me back each time.Finaly I found one that worked all this with in two hours of my original fax.The car was lagit so I ordered the full package window sticker and all.The following year I'm going through my parts and paperwork and realize although I paid for the packet I never recieved it.So I figure well I'm up the creek without a paddle.So I mail order for another info packet with my credit card tell him the story that I never got the first one but charge me anyway for the second.He calls me three days later and said his record showsthe first one was shipped a year ago.But if I never got it he will send me the second for free. Well folks you just don't get any better then that!! |

I ordered mine December 23rd and they mailed it Jan 7th.. I think thats just great after going through 2 holidays weekends...

I inquired about a 65 GTO and was surprised that,when Jim got back to me,He explained that some cars info was lost at Pontiac(I forget why)He refunded my money eventhough he still had to do work on his end.I wonder how many vendors would do that? Great service and great guy. bigpop

I sent one in by fax on sunday night at midnight and got my return fax by 930 mon morning!!!

Service with PHS was just GREAT. I faxed my info to him at 10:00 am last Friday and I got my fax back within an hour. I guess I was really happy because it showed my new 1978 Trans Amto be a Gold SE just like the seller stated. http://larrykarp.wesmereoaks.com/1978transam.htm
