You might want to try and isolate which belt is squealing by taking one belt off at a time and seeing if it still squeals. I am still struggling with my belt squeal problem as well. I had to use sandpaper to roughen up the pullies and this seemed to help quite a bit. Mine still squeals but not until I get to about 5000 rpm.
